Well, we are still unpacking in our new townhome in Pinehurst. Built in 2007, 3400 sq ft, 3 br, 3.5 bath, big bonus room, 2 car garage, brick veneer ,$275 HOA, all hardwood on main level, ADT, 12 pcs Ethan-Allen included, $675K. Next door is now for sale at $755. Much less traffic congestion down here, and we are very happy. Now kinda glad we were outbid in Carey, and Pinehurst is very clean and safe. 2024 US Open golf championship next year!! Meanwhile, still trying to sell old home in Maryland... 😞
