Showed class tonight, because duke could have won by 40 ,if scheyer wanted them to.... Duke is in great hands for the next 25 or so years.. Coach K #2...lol...

As a UNC fan, I am not overly embarrassed about this particular loss, because Duke is pretty much unstoppable this year, and not much of anyone has been able to beat them. I have a much bigger problem with the losses to Stanford and Pittsburg (both of which seemed to be due to lack of effort and poor coaching choices), needing overtime just to beat BC (again, because of coaching mistakes and just being sloppy and not caring), etc.

I have been a UNC basketball fan for 60 years. Make any comments, excuses, etc. There are many players that play sports, but if you not make Defense your number one goal/objective; you will never be a Champion!!! Therefore, compile all the analytics you can mustard and I will take Defense and win championships every time. Hubert, start emphasizing Defense.... you will last longer as a coach.

My college teammates dad played for UNC and he thought the Tarheels were the greatest thing since sliced bread…he thought he was too. He never played and ended up quitting…and plying rec at a D2…him and his dad sucked…and now UNC sucks…hilarious 😅

Great win but am I really the only Duke fan to find that 18-2 Carolina run from the 9 minute mark to the 3 1/2 minute mark concerning? I know we still had the game in hand but that was one ugly stretch of basketball that i am sure will give the Tar Heels some reason to believe when we play them at their place.

Come on man. Nothing concerning at all. The game was already in the bag. Scheyer and Duke let up and coasted. You don't have to win by 30 points to make a point. It was a clear cut dominating win. YOU are the only one looking at it that way.

I said I knew that we had the game in hand. I just was bothered by just how badly they played during that stretch. We've had a couple of games already this year where we lost, or mostly lost, big leads late. It just seems to be something of a pattern. This team can win a national championship. And if they let up on a team in the tournament, where the quality of competition will be higher, it will be another disappointing end to the season.
