Its kinda crazy to think that Kenny wasn't get much talk as a top QB prospect and Sam was the #1 guy. And now its almost the other way around. That's why we play the games. Its amazing how fast a stock can go up or down.

Howell was harassed all night, couldn’t get any help from the o line or play calling. I think they both made some big mistakes. But both are right there in potential.

They left points on the field and nearly blew what should have been an easy win. Two or three missed field goals and Pickett needs to be more decisive about pulling it down and taking the run. But the Pitt defense won this game.

They’ve struggled putting together a solid game plan most games and they certainly can’t make any in game adjustments. So maybe it’s on Mack. I don’t know my blame goes on the OC more than Mack, the defense is starting to turn around and they’ve kept us in most games.

I’m not taking anything away from Pitt the better team won. But it’s still mind bending at how many opportunities they had to cash in points and couldn’t capitalize. This is why I never get my hopes up for football season. They’re gonna be a great team? I’ll believe it when I see it.
