Don’t worry, the current owners destroyed all the kiwis because they didn’t know what the hell they were doing and that property (the nicest in Chico) is already on the chopping block to be sub divided. I know this property VERY well. Unfortunately, Chico has become a scum pit and was never designed to hold the current population. So, the result is all the pretty things about Chico are going away. Hell, you can’t even go to Bearhole without looking at ugly ass houses on the ridge now. I’m a 5th generation Chicoan and left 3 years ago because of how disgusting that town is. Is it a step up from LA and the Bay? Yes. But now that more of those idiots are moving to Chico, they’ve ruined everything that was nice about living there. Don’t believe me? Go look up the crime statistics since 2000. Or better yet, look up violent crime statistics since they legalized the Marijuana grows. RIP Chico, I’m even bummed most of my family is buried there still. What a shit hole.

This is in reply to - macnuts44--- boy have you told the truth about that area!!👎😱 I've lived in Marysville, Calif since 2004-- same here TOO-- it's so Disgusting how much the HOMELESS POPULATION has pretty MUCH taken over in terms of They all Everywhere-- camping the city PARKS,, on the dang Streets & sidewalks,, in front of FAST FOOD EATERIES, -- in front of Gas stations -- their FRICKEN EVERYWHERE & ruining the QUALITY of LIFE IN THESE TOWNS!!!!😤😠-- I also watch the local new ch# 12 chico & ch#7 the north state out of Redding ,Calif -- & EVERY SINGLE DAY-- Its ALL about crimes & stabbings & murders & home & businesses break- in & robberies -- a few rapes, just everything you can think OF😬, Its just Aweful, & gets worse by the DAY!!! -- I know this post was from a yr ago, but I just happen to come across this on Utube --- So SAD to here from the other post, that this PROPERTY was So RUINED BY the People that actually bought it- SO TERRIBLE TO HERE THAT🙁👎-- we still didnt get to know how much it sold for🤔🤑, a pretty penny , I bet🤪💲💲💰
