You took quite a risk with your new Mavic Pro Rob, flying so close between the buildings with this wind. On the other hand, the Mavic can handle some and it will give you a on screen warning when the wind really gets to tricky. As a matter of fact my Mavic is the most stable one compared to my Inspire one Pro or my Phantom 4. I bought the Mavic to take it with me on my photographic hikes wich i assume you like to do too when i see your DSLR with lenses behind you. Nice to see you posted something again.... now go out into the wilderness.. :-) Good quality of the footage by the way. Kind regards, Ben

Bentree's Aerial Photography Yeah, the warnings from the drone (which don't ever remember seeing on the P3P) are what prompted me to cease flying.

Nice video! I assume the Mavic shoots 4K but you didn't upload it that way? Looking forward to more wilderness videos!

Yeah, it shoots 4K and it is at least as good the P3P. I was short on time and rendering 1080p is way faster. I don't have a 4K display, so releasing in 4K can only be done somewhat blindly for me anyways and I've discovered aspects of videography (not necessarily drone-related) where downscaling gives a lot of flexibility with things like horizon correction, Warp Stabilizer, or just zooming/panning within the original 4K image. This video was shot in 4K and I will always shoot in 4K, though.

Hey, love the footage! Would you mind if I borrowed some of your footage to use in a North Creek Soccer promo video?
