bhai aapko arunachal mai innner line permit ki jarurat nhi padi??? aur kya hum chandigarh to arunachal on bike jaa skte hai???

Not too much work to get the inner line permits. And yeah, I went from Kerala to Arunachal in bike. So Chandigarh should be relatively easy
