I'll help you explain. Swipe right to left on the screen will show your record/data after you run for at least 12 minutes. Must select run activity, and record it. And save. Sync to its app. Based on your recorded running speed or pace and heart rate data, the watch/app will predict or calculate your vo2 max. Same as the 1mile time, half marathon, etc. It will calculate and predict your time to finish running all the listed distances based on your record. The more you use it ro run, the more data for it to predict, and it mostly not far from your real capability. That's all there is to it. Keep up the good work. I'm indecisive. Zeblaze stratos 3 or this North edge.

Question 2: I’m deciding among three watches you reviewed: - this North Edge Cross Fit (love the design) - Kospet Tank T2 (cool features but don’t really like the orange buttons. Price a bit on the higher side for entry into this category of gadgets) - the latest Zeblaze Ares 3 (best pricing at the moment because of the sale. But not Amoled and fewer watch faces) btw, great review on Ares 3, too. Waited for you to review it, so now I’m stuck and don’t know which to go for 😅

A really nice watch with a lot of basic features for athletes. Seems like something went missing which is the GPS. I scrolled down to see the next video from you on the same model as you reviewed before in a hope to get more information about the GPS and map unfortunately I couldn't found any. So, could you explain more about it and is it possible to download the map through external application or computer and run in through the phone. Seems like the watch is supporting the third party application such as the strava, so I guess it is possible to download the GPS and Map and run through it too. Your clarification is highly appreciated .

Watch looks nice. But honestly watching your video, the touch response of the watch screen doesn't seem too great. And the UI doesn't seem very fluid. You can really see it when you swipe through the watch faces. And the compass is laggy/choppy to respond to changes in orientation. Maybe they could have used a better processor chip to speed it up a bit. But for the price, you really can't complain!

Not Bad for a knock off watch,it works,I paid exactly $43 CDN pesos delivered,,all those watches are same just different shells and names,, I like the huge choice of face plates,some of them are really cool 😎..Unfortunately I don’t have $260 for Samsung Watch 5,it would go well with my S23 but it’s a no go,no money 💰…

@@SWT yeah I do know those, unfortunately they are relatively old and completely "forgotten" by Amazfit, the stratos particularly is very high potential, it actually runs a reduced version of Android (I think android 6), but there are no more updates or bug fixes, and as far as I understood the processor is not compatible with newer versions of android (or rather... Newer versions of android do not support the low power mode of that processor), which is sad... That thing had very high potential thanks to the android low power platform. But all the world is going AMOLED, understandable but sad for me since I have different taste in this department. Nevertheless, many thanks for answering me!!

Para natación no funciona, marca muy mal la distancia ya que no usa el gps. Se guia por las medida de la pileta y a veces no toma que ya diste la vuelta. Para correr es muy bueno, yo lo probé en la playa y es bastante exacto, pero no sé cómo funcionará entre edificios. Con strava se conecta pero no hace completo el recorrido. Hay que usar el mapa de la aplicación que es bastante exacto. Las pulsaciones bastante bien. El oxígeno en sangre es cualquier cosa como todos los relojes siempre da arriba de 90 y no creo que sea así. Los mensajes son incómodos de ver solo nuestra una parte y hay que ir y venir para verlos. Conclusión: es una reloj netamente deportivo, está muy bien para correr o actividades si al aire libre para eso es el mejor precio calidad.
