After the gaza ceasefire resolution, we were told that UN resolutions are simply advisory and thus non-binding. Has it gone back to being binding again? Or is it binding on some countries and non-binding on others? If resolutions are indeed non-binding, then his nuclear program is obviously not banned. Its a legal conundrum

Any country with strong weapons isn't controllable by any country or simply attacked by anyone. It is rather feared and has a voice on the world stage. So I think every country should develop their own nuke facilities to avoid intimidation, and control since it's what everyone fears and respects.
