North Las Vegas pastor gets probation in sex crimes case

A judge sentenced a North Las Vegas pastor to one year of probation on Monday, the result of a plea deal for a sex crimes case.

This is so disgusting. I know a lot of people that know those pastor and the judge or judges didn’t learn anything about the one man that had the sex crimes against him, and they lowered his bail and let him out, and then he went on to kill his ex-wife and himself and her three kids, one of which survived but he is in a wheelchair can’t walk can’t talk, etc. it’s disgusting.

No it’s not they go after people with past offenses and put them in a system as if they just committed a new crime or the offense happened in their state. Outrageous state policy to brand people who were never sentenced to do so ( register) but when someone actually committed a sexual crime in their state like this person here they don’t want to punish them? But if someone committed had a past offense in another state and served their sentence and paid their debt to society then move to Nevada they target them and punish them again without due process of court in a let’s take your DNA and pictures and you have to check in like if your in a probation setting again. That is unlawful and unconstitutional you shouldn’t punish anyone a second time with further punishment which makes it cruel and unusual. But when they have actual crime they have a double standard and the accused get no punishment. Isn’t the law supposed to treat everyone equally? They need to overhaul their hole state system because it’s not working.

So why does Nevada target people with old offenses that already paid their debt to society but when they have actual crimes taking place they don’t charge people? Irrelevant old past already served offenses should not be punished twice unless the person committed a new crime in relation with offense and current law. You don’t go after every offense so this unconstitutionally state policies need to be removed since you don’t charge actual offenses.
