I think it's great that Arsenal have their own anthem composed by a gooner. He's an Islington boy and the anthem is the chorus from his song The Angel which is an excellent composition in which he pays homage to his heritage, warts and all. You'll never walk alone is a great song from the Broadway musical Carousel composed by the great Rogers and Hammerstein and Liverpool, Celtic and probably other teams take great pride and joy in singing it.

YNWA was made for an American Theatre musical which had nothing to do with Liverpool Football Club. Only when Gerry and the Pacemakers did a cover of that it was adopted by the pubs in Merseyside which slowly became the Liverpool anthem. While North London Forever was created by Louis Dunford a local North London Boy who is a life long Arsenal Fan, which has more connection to the actual song
