I have NO idea how the youtube algorithm knew my north node was in my 9th house...but this video was incredible!!! Really felt it resonated. I am, if I do say so myself, quite the master of 3rd house south node things -- I can research topics until my eyes pop out of my head and really get comfortable with details and day-to-day life, but am scared to venture away from what I know and double down on researching harder when I feel afraid. I do know travel and big-picture exploration is what is going to bring a lot of fulfillment for me though. I see people who travel all over the world and it triggers a yearning inside of me. I often feel ashamed for not having more access to the nicer things in life. Holy cow thank you so much for this, I am absolutely research obsessed, I crave every little detail of info I can get. I never associated that with my south node but it makes total sense. It is definitely going to be difficult for me to let go of that!! But now that I am aware I can start right away. Faith is VERY difficult for me, I always have a ton of questions. Wow! This is the most clear and helpful interpretation I’ve heard about this placement. So much makes sense now. I’ve got my NN in Aries in the 9th house, 9th house Mars conjunct my MC, and have my Pluto in Scorpio in my 3rd house - I’m obsessive about researching, constantly picking up shards of information everywhere, but there’s no cohesion to be had! My life’s been full of indecision and the need to be in control of what happens. I have Saturn in Sagittarius (5th house) and have felt blocked from having lots of fun and travel, so I think it’s something I’ll need to work to get into my life. Excellent. My North node is in the 9H in Aries, and the ruler, Mars, in Capricorn in 5H squared by Saturn in Aries in 8H and Uranus in 2H. I've spent most of my life teaching dance and yoga, and worked mostly with children. Now, I'm traveling across the country with my husband for his job. My Scorpio Sun/Mercury in 3H conjunct SN in Libra tends to always be researching astrology.

Yes I have NN conj Uranus in Scorpio in 9th. I obvs have SN in 3rd house but it’s also conj Chiron. Phew it’s a ride! My experience is that in this life I need my journeys to be deeply meaningful and transformational. There’s simply no joy and no benefit to material or hedonistic pursuits, it’s just meaningless stagnation to my being, whereas journeying deep in shamanic explorations and taking trips to study spiritual traditions and ancient philosophies always brings me a sense of expansion, awe and never ending wonder at life.

South node in third house Gemini, North in ninth Sagitarius. Ugh, so just opposite of how most people talk about this. It is very confusing to sort out. I am definitely a homebody, but only social in my daily rural life with family, but I love interacting on social media with my comments and opinions and sharing what I research, lol. My family is not so interested in my "research subjects". Venturing very far from home is very intimidating to me, but I love travel and adventure videos. I have found myself many times trying to get people to "see the big picture" in various situations, but I am very good with details.
