If you like crisp response with very little arm movement go Nova 2 with the handle bar system. That has the most direct "arm to wing" connection. If you want little more supple strap that feels light in your hands and drifts the best for down wind and upwind pull the Strike is awesome! Both are great but the Strike will be the lightest of the two, pack down the smallest. Both will handle gusts well with both having a super ridged overall frame and won't bag out quick.
