I did add ceiling fans to each room on my order, will be interesting to see if I get two switches or one. I wanted the builder to install all the fan blocking in each room but I do have concerns around the fan quality. We shall see. I like your idea of using the second switch for some additional ceiling lights tho, makes me hope I have two wires :)
