You need to get out more. It is a damn meth monster that steals any and everything not securely bolted down and then screams like a little bitch when they get caught. NEVER trust one out of your sight and immediately chase them off of your property, AFTER thoroughly searching them for whatever they took. They are scared of lights and scatter like roaches. No wires, cables or a/c compressors are safe from these idiots and they can be violent and unpredictable. It is best to carry a weapon/large dog in known tweaker areas. Look up "Tweak Hunters" on KZbin and you will learn all you need to know.
