Hye.....if you are going with family and friends then you will easily get pass of they have above mentioned ID's. I mean suppose there are 5 members in a group and 4 of them have valid documents and 1 is missing then they allowed by taking your aadhar card also.

Hey sure you can take your own car but I won’t suggest you to come Sikkim by own vehicle because of weather…. It’s raining here and you may stuck in between due to bad climatic conditions so I would recommend you to come via public transport but let me tell you if you come from own vehicle then after reaching to Gangtok you will easily gather permits for visiting different places in Sikkim, you will get many shops at MG road which is providing passes
