Real estate agent is a scam, it takes just a few weeks training and asking for at least 20k for a transaction, I hire lawyer for a few hundreds for the paperwork.

Not sure if I believe this. As for me, it's the price, not the interest rate, personally, I know I can't afford a $400,000 house and I am considered middle class. How does anybody else feel about this? Maybe I'm wrong. And yes, I live in Dallas
