North Wales Abandoned Farm & Nearby Big Pool Wood Nature Reserve

We walked from presthaven sands caravan park up to the big pool wood nature reserve and found an old abandoned farm on the way there.

Always enjoy you're walk abouts, and especially that old farm, fantastic, makes you think who lived there, what did they do, when did it become abandoned etc....interesting to me that. The box looked like an Owl box, they have similar things near me. Thanks for the video, regards to you both.. Paul.

Ta mate I am glad you enjoyed the walk. We were intrigued by the old place, looks like an old dairy farm. I always enjoy a wander, even better if it’s remote and quiet though Anne Marie also likes a wild night in the city’s :D , I’m more of an old git haha. I haven’t put tonnes up lately. I’ve done a few visits but some are places I’ve been before like the old chapel at night time and some have a lot of us chatting on about random stuff. I only started recording really to look back at places one day but quite a few people have subbed now which is nice. An owl box, yes probably , I’ve seen a few on our wanders over the years. Jim and I have been going on night drives after work to have a nose round places for about 20 years or more. We used to go looking for ghosts using Richard Hollands ghost books, have to do that again in the winter haha. Hope you are both good too and fair play to you munching all that hot grub. My limit is a jalfrezi haha. Andrew
