This is gold , 8 months ago just before you made this video I snapped up a house in Northam on Wellington street. House prices have gone up quicker that petrol and interest rates

I was born in northam in a house my father and his father built in 1946, it's still there and if I had the money id pay any thing for it, Burnside Ave 😢

Northam is great only problem is the lack of policing in regards to dugs and tyrants other then that I used to live there and adored it
