Pedant mode on. That is a " rotor" the commutator is the copper segmented ring at the rear of the rotor. And those stretchers are steel tube and mesh not cast iron.

Awesome looking area with Old & Modern Buildings along the river side , you folk make the difference in the area's you get the Scrap from , as well as finding History that has been laying in the mud since WW1 & 2 , as well as tradesmen tools from the Modern era ... If we both had wireless microphones when one person is showing to the camera if the other person was talking to someone you wouldn’t hear what they were saying. The only way to do it would be to have a separate camera and his own microphone but that would mean we’re filming on four cameras and the editing would be a nightmare. I work full time and 3 cameras takes a long time to edit. Thanks for your comment.
