Ha, i have a similar story.. I met Guru and Primo at Fat Beats in 2003 for an in-store.. My boy was working there at the time, and he called me and was like, "what are you doing after work? come downtown, meet me at work... Gang Starr is gonna be here to promote their new LP.." Needless to say, i went straight to Fat Beats after work and got a chance to meet those dudes.. Got a photo of the four of us in b-boy poses.. and they signed a bunch of shit for me, which was really cool. RIP GURU
