There is something calming and enjoyable about the whistling sound.

The only surface concrete highway that we have in Puerto Rico with the whistling sound is PR-53, with a 10 mile long section of transverse tining in Naguabo.
@Meliodas1999
@Meliodas1999 2 жыл бұрын
We originally had transverse tining in PR-22 in Vega Baja, and PR-20 in Guaynabo, but both highways were diamond ground in 2016 and 2020 respectively, and even part of PR-53 where diamond ground in Humacao (2010) and Ceiba (2021), exept for the 10 miles long Naguabo section.

I like the sound that your tires make on Interstate 99 US-220 from 14:51-14:53. Can you do another Northeastern USA Pavement Sound Compilation in New Jersey and New York? If you can the roads I would like you to go on are the Garden State Parkway, West Shore Expressway NY-440, Belt Parkway, Northern State Parkway east at Exit 31A, 41, 42, 43, 44 and westbound before exits 44, 43, 42S, passed exits 41 and Exit 31A, take Exit 29A to Exit 27N, I-295 to I-95 south? Those roads have really great pavement sounds. I subscribed to your channel. Does anyone in the comment section live in Long Island? If so, would a Long Island New York Sound Compilation be possible on the Long Island Expressway and Northern State Parkway?

33:04, Some Puerto Rican bridges (from 1990s - 2010) sound like that, and PR-53 is the longest concrete highway in Puerto Rico (although not completed yet), and the only one with the concrete pavement in relatively good condition.

32:35 The reasons why DelDOT got rid of the pavement was that a lot of people were going crazy and imitating the bridge sounds and also it was falling apart anyway. Also, on PA 283 between the Highspire interchange and the Toll House Rd exit, the bridge sounds have the New Jersey type. 18:55 That's the Missing Moves project. You should do more videos of these in the future.
