If you place your cone in a diamond formation on the fog line its less likely to be blown over by passing vehicles either way this video is very helpful now people just need to learn slow down or move over so you guys can go home to your family

Not sure what the speed was. But nowhere in my state is it acceptable to close a lane with a 3 cone taper. Florida requires 25cc and min 250ft on the lowest of roadways
