how many advance warning signs are needed for a lane closure on a two-lane two-way road in CA MUTCD? thanks.

My company uses 3 as a standard, but can be as few as two if the road is short enough or if traffic moves slow enough. You will *always* want to at least have a "road work ahead" (or some variation) and "flagger" signs, but you really ought to also have a "be prepared to stop" sign if your roadway has the space for it.

Not sure about your State as it may have its own standards. In Florida, Lane Closures require 4 signs per a side. Multi lane road ways that have a medium wide enough will require also signs. So 90% of Lane Closures in Florida will require 8 signs min. Road Work Speeding Fines Double Right Left Lane Closed Ahead Transition / Merge Sign Some also will additionally add a Should Closed Ahead sign

I work for a state agency and we do a lot of lane closures. These are nicely done and up to date but in the description you say there are 5 videos. What are the others as we would like to use these to help train new hires!

No age requirement. You need a full licence, BWTM card qualification & a construction industry induction. That's my country - AUS. Really quite easy to get in to this profession.
