It's solid. The MIG is an older transformer model and weighs it down purdy good. The plasma cutter is inverter based and not heavy at all. It's got a strap around it to be sure it stays put if bumped. Having the plazma cutter on a stand ready to go, without taking up more floor space, is turning out to be the best part.
