I’ve never known what the fascination with number plates are as soon as they drive off everyone can see them plus all the motorists with dash cams, all you can get from a plate is if it’s taxed and has a current MOT .

I wondered how easy it is to report them, and it's very hard to report them, so I just gave up. It would be an easy way for the Police (or whoever is in charge of giving out fines for illegal number plates) to make money. Like the multiple examples I've thought of which my council could use to make money, yet they seem happy enough to ignore things.

They called the manager, and he had to instruct them in the law. This happens almost all the time, there is the odd guard that either knows the law or just cannot be bothered to challenge me
