How To Fix BAT DRAG - Baseball Hitting Tips

Bat drag is one of the most common issues that kids tend to have with their swing mechanics and it causes a loss off bat control and bat speed. The main thing to look for is the dragging back elbow, where the elbow is ahead of your hands and there are many things that can cause this.
