Why are you doing a drill for connection, “arms not being the motor “, yet trying to extend to hit a ball that’s on your front knee. Extension is our friend when we our timing or pitch recognition is off correct. It’s not how we’re striving to hit a ball. We want to turn connected and make impact connected….. the rest is meaningless, the ball has already been hit. Here for dialogue not bashing. I train players in Dallas and this video popped up because I just bought some more connection balls lol😂
