NL, one of the most helpful tips I've gotten from my doctor about sleep-problems is that if you're in bed and can't fall asleep, get up and do something. Laying awake in bed for long periods of time teaches your brain that that's normal and that you should lay awake in bed more often, which causes more problems down the line, so the next time that happens, get up and do something, even if it's sittin at yer computer or watching TV or making chocolate pudding at 4am.

This is off topic but does anybody know how to fix your steam achievements if there are achievements that should be unlocked that arent? For example, the Leprosy achievemnt in boi is still locked for me, despite having the item in the rotation, and I've redone the challenge to make sure and it won't unlock. Cutlery and social etiquette yes, names themselves less but they do teach about how to rank people for seating at important events. Less needlework and how to manage a household (including how to manage staff). I went to one in 2014
