The reason homemade pizza isn't as good as restaurant pizza is because your oven doesn't get hot enough.

Unless you have a pizza stone and one of those crazy high-end ovens that bakes super hot, then it turns out great. Plus making your own sauce tends to make it taste better, I dunno if it's a headspace thing but making as much of it as you can yourself just makes it taste better, couldn't tell you why.

there's also a few tips he could follow to make it better. 1) buy the dough ahead of time, and let it sit out in a covered, well-oiled bowl overnight. lets it ferment a bit more, and will give better and bubblier crust. 2) when rolling out the dough, do it in two stages. roll it out as far as the gluten will allow, let it rest for 10-12 minutes, then roll it out again. will keep it from constricting. 3) don't use pre-shredded cheese. pre-shredded is usually coated in some type of starch, which, when melts, makes it thicker and less stretchy. 4) pizza stone, like Rob Smith said lower in the comments :) idk if Enel wants to go the extra mile for premaking everything, but these are some of the shorter tips. :)

Its unintuitive, but you should never use pre-shredded cheese whenever you intend to melt cheese, cuz its covered in like some kind of preservative starch that absolutely gets grody when you melt that shredded cheese.

A quick way i make “pizza” for myself is by using naan bread as dough , put some canned pizza sauce on it, top it with mozzarella, pepperoni and spinach. Then bake it until the cheese is melted and yum.

gotta say, i'm from switzerland, so my circumstances are different, but first of all we don't have prebaked pizza dough, at least not a common grocerie stores, nor have i ever seen finished dough that you only have to knead and spread out and put toppings on it, what we have though is delievery pizza, which is rather expensive, they start at around 18 Chf. which would be around 20$ Canadian and you often have to order for at least 30 Chf for them to deliver it at all. there is also pre rolled out pizza though, which is just a square, those probably cost around 5-6 chf, but they're pretty big, so i'd say easily enough for 2. But with you forgot the option of doing the dough yourself aswell, this will take around 20 mins. to prepare the dough, then you have to let it rise and then spend another 10-20 mins rolling it out and putting toppings on it. which is some time, but i tend to eat late anyway, so i don't mind starting to cook around 6:30 pm, spend some time with my roommates and then eat at 8-8:30 pm. now for the cost of the last option is: - flour ~1.- max - yeast ~ 2.- - water & salt: i'd consider it negligible - some tomato paste or sauce ~3.- - some mozzarella ~2.- - if desired prosciutto ~6.- alternative - some veggies some bell pepper and corn ~3.- so if we go with veggies i'd cost me 11.- instead of at least 18.- from delievery and i'd say it's it tastes better and you'd probably spend as much time actually having to cook instead of just waiting for the delievery guy, but you have to beginn at least like 2 hours before you'll get to eat the pizza. but generally i have fun cooking, so for me the choice is easy. I only order pizze when ever i crave a late night snack at a party or something

I think he presents compelling arguments, but some might be a little confusing if you weren’t already on the same page. I recommend reading the Autobiography of Malcolm X first. It showcases the start of the black nationalist movements of the ‘60s and, in my opinion, is an overall better book.
