Yep huge misplay. Especially with how many red seal steel cards he had, the +150 mult or whatever Fortune Teller was producing was inconsequential

Fortune teller was adding +150 to 1500 mult. x10 would have been +15k and then another x10 later. would have been huge

NL just so you know, especially with that much steel triggering before your jokers, your base mult becomes so high that brainstorm on the madness is like 10x your score where brainstorm on tarot joker is only like 1.1x your score. You would need to move brainstorm all the way to the right, and madness all the way to the left, which feels like massive opportunity cost, but thats just your monkey brain. Once your base mult is that high the principle of adding mult before multing you mult gets out scaled by just multing your mult an extra time (quadratic growth, effectively mult mult multing) Good run regardless. Probably would have only gone like 1-2 more antes with thst optimization. It just wasnt an e score type build

Additionally, if you are going to steel cards, steel the ones you aren't intending to play. Every time he steeled a queen I cringed. Oh my perfectionistic side really goes nuts with this game.

@@thevicar777 Eh, his steel game is not the worst. You want to duplicate cards you want to play and hold in hand cards you want to play, so working towards having only red seal steel versions of your playable cards isn't the worst.

@@thevicar777 Absolutely incorrect. It's one of his biggest and most common misplays is to steel unplayable cards, since you catch 22 yourself by either needing to discard your steels to actually draw your hand or hold your steels meaning you won't draw your hand.

@@RagingAcid yeah that's true I just looked it up and wild 7's would work. Definitely the way to hunt for it. It's not really the best mult multer but could be worse. Also I tend to avoid wild cards a bit cause of the debuff blinds.
