Building Gable Roof Trusses | Northern Log Supply | Twin Peaks (Extended Cut)

Peter Green, founder of Northern Log Supply, is on location to install trusses for a gable roof for a Twin Peaks restaurant. Back at Northern Log’s headquarters in Michigan, the trusses were manufactured, pre-stained, pre-drilled, and assembled before delivering them to Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. The two types of trusses used were 6x10 top chord trusses and a 6x8 bottom chord trusses and feature steel brackets. The trusses will be topped with tongue and groove ceiling paneling, which was also manufactured and pre-stained by Northern Log Supply.
