Two of my favorite mandolinists in one place. And yes... such different approaches to the instrument. We are lucky to have musicians like this!

What great difference in styles from these pros. Reichmann, is so economical in his arm wrist movements. Also Mr R holds the mandolin Perpendicular almost to his body and he holds it so tight he jiggers the entire box, (his arm covers the tailpiece). I guess we could calll Sierra's playing style as main stream bluegrass type, but she does play among cleanest (even a fast bluegrass tunes) of the major talents, and yes the Mando she plays is a dream and so well set up, Maybe they will make a line of special edition HULL Mandolins for Young Women one day.
