My Grandmother once lost her wedding ring while working in the garden. She searched it for years without luck. After my Grandfather retired he started helping out in the garden. Guess what he dug up one summerday? A bed my Grandmother had shoveled for many times. Yesterday my husband dug up a coin "Pfennig" dated from 1950, the time my Grandparents bought the property. Love your garden and your approach so much!

Such beautiful bouquets. Nice, peaceful, relaxing time being outdoors with you. I stained the remaining 1/4 of my deck this morning, then weeded and mulched my front flower bed, even while a storm came in. Playing in the rain. Now I am delightfully tired tonight as I think of the day's accomplishments, and after watching your video. Thanks and G'night!

I find it sad that your flower stand & expensive flowers were stolen last year. It’s disheartening the rise in theft & an attitude of entitlement. I hope you have more success this year & the thieves have moved on. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cutting garden.

During the last of the Covid lockdown my church began holding mass outside on the lawn. This is a chapel in the foothills of the Rockies with a number of mature, huge blue spruce trees and a view that is awe-inspiring. But the first day I got NOTHING out of the last half of the service because a hummingbird kept darting in and out of a blue spruce right in my line of sight and drew all of my attention! They are mesmerizing.

My favorite videos from your channel are your garden tours. The three arbours you recently put in your garden look amazing. It gives it a a new dimension and very secret garden vibe. My second favorite are your flower harvesting and set up for the stand. I find it interesting how you can snip a few things around the garden and make a lovely bouquet with them. I also like how you show different shrub foliage you use for fillers. This has inspired me to plant different types of shrubs because I never thought of using them for that purpose before.

Danielle, love your bouquet making videos, would love to see more. Plus, I too am in zone 6B, so when you do videos of when you are starting certain flowers, inside or out, help me so much to learn when to start certain things. I like hearing about how to make the cuts on the flowers and how long the vase life is. Also, I am trying to think ahead this year to get the seed I need for FALL SOWING, which I have never done before. If I’ve done my math correctly I would need to be starting a lot of the seed 12 weeks prior to my last frost? Which means I need to be prepared by mid to late July for fall sowing. I’m going back to previous videos to refresh my memory on what seeds to be getting. I wouldn’t mind hearing about what all we need to be sourcing now as far as seeds and supplies. Because usually when the time comes and you start posting about fall sowing I’m not prepared and I can’t scramble to get my act together in time! 🙃
