@bunnyvonboo50602 жыл бұрын
These look awesome! Helpful tip for fur tufts: Get some Acrylic Yarn and two types of Pet Brushes, one coarse and one fine. Tight a few yarns to a skewer and brush them out, coarse then fine. Once they are nice and FLUHHFHEEEEE, take some Mod Podge and spread a line over a plastic or glass surface. Cut off the tufts, lay the edges over the mod Podge and coat the ends in mod Podge and let dry. This will give you more manageable fur tufts and hair in general 👍🏻

You probably could have added a gritty grown up version of the little girl Boo confronting Mike and Sully, like an epic stand off. I think it'd be a hilarious. Story telling that Pixar probably wouldn't appreciate. Great intro by the way, sculptures are amazing as always.

I love how calm he does his voice overs while making a monster that will send 30 year old men crying

Wow the fur looks really good in the end. You could totally swap out the commentary and make it sound like you knew exactly what you were doing all along. Once the beard trimmer came out, it already felt like a professional craftsman's business-as-usual

Sully has too much fur to make him legit scary for me- he looks like a Teddy Bear. Mike actually looks scary now though. Good job Adam!

This is super cool! How about a realistic Elmo and Cookie Monster?

I remember loving this movie when I was younger. Seeing them look actually scary was pretty cool and the execution was great.

My 6 year old loves watching these and asked me to watch with her, I found it oddly relaxing. I was extremely impressed by the time and talent it takes to make these!!! So awesome!!!

With the textures, Mike looks like a Lime from behind lmao. A very evil lime hahaha. Although the fur came out alright, I knew it was going to be a pain. I watched this woman use it and she did the process you talked about at first and she made it look so easy. I'm guessing you watched the same video lolol 😆 😂 🤣 It came out great tho bud. Love your videos.

When you said you had a plan for the fur, my guess was that you were going to use static grass and then airbrush it, but I'm not sure that's durable enough to withstand the air pressure from the airbrush. 🤔

It's crazy to think how it took you 1 - 2 minutes (not exactly but close) for you to make an almost perfectly accurate replica of the Cacodemon from Doom! Off topic I know, but that is mighty impressive!
