Nice home. Small kitchen as far as cabinets but pantry makes up for it. Beautiful fireplace! Walk in closet bomb! Needs a pool too.

Thanks for the walkthrough. Parklane is my favorite Pulte model. Lot premiums sound high for a new master planned community but prices have been crazy since pandemic.

David, I love so many of the listings you profile. The primary closet is a dream, so spacious and the living /dining rooms are just beautiful. I love the flooring and the laundry is huge and there's a sink!

That Smith's Marketplace has a winebar, or at least used to have one. I see the interior designers are using the colors for 2022. Beige with blacks, dark greyish browns, like dirty martini (SW 9119), Black, specifically BM 2132-20, etc. The tile is excellent in the secondary bedroom. I could not get beyond the interior design. The new design for 2020's is moody. Greyish beiges with the darker colors are in, now. If you want to know what is in, this is the model. It is good, it blends and it works. As recently as a couple of months ago, modern white, black and grey were the colors of choice. Now colors such as a lighter black, natural linen, classic caramel, mountain moss, and dirty martini are in vogue. It is moody and calming. It does have a good feel to it. The house has good bones.
