Norway: Day 1!

Don't pay for any bottled water in Norway! I know it can be wierd but all the tapwater in Norway is really clean so you can drink it even if you find it in a public space and it tastes exactly the same as the water you get on bottles. Also; that's no lake... it's an ocean! The Atlantic ocean to be exact.

Well, in Sweden we wear very western clothes, simple designs, simple patterns, cotton, jeans and A LOT of black. Generally people wear black and grey and one single thing of some other colour. Then again, depending on who you ask many also appreciate seeing "brave people" dress in loads of colour and patterns. Only happy I can help ^____^

Martina your seafood soup looked so good :3 one of my favourite dishes ! We love that shh here on the west coast (Vancouver hi) Ive done some organic farming working with restaurants in Tofino (final west coast, highly recommend going there) Sorrell is a beautiful leafy green with INTENSE citrus flavour in the stem ! Very delicious and awakening and always used in a good seafood base ! Im suspecting that was the green emulsion. If you ever grow some window salad I recommend it !!

Kjøttboller - Meatballs Ekte Smør - Real Butter The dish Simon had "Får i Kål" which is Meat and Cabbage, happensto be the National dish of Norway. We normally have this during the Autumn season. So, Good timing! :D Hope you Enjoyed your stay in Norway! :D

I know many people said what ekte smør er but I want to say it is called real butter because it is made of milk other butters are made from plants.
