4:30 the fish oil or tran as we call it is very normal in Norway. Kids to elders take one spoonful daily. People usually don't like it, but still do it for the health benefits.

We have heard it has amazing health benefits!! We need to start taking it more often!

The national dish "fårikål" when made at home usually gets served with a lot more sauce/moisture, also there's also usually carrots and whole black pepper grains. That looked like a really fancy restaurant version spesifically made for tourists. The bun thing is called "Berliner bolle" or Berliner bun

@@JacobandJennyTravel There's great food in almost every countr I've been in, but Norwegian cuisine has got a reputation of being bland and just meh for some reason🤷🏻♂️

Reindeer Hot Dog? That sounds really interesting! Didn't know that hot dogs are so popular in Norway, I only knew they are popular in Iceland.
@lpdude2005 Жыл бұрын
Hot dogs are the most commonly purchased fast food in Norway. You find it everywhere. All food kiosks - gas stations - even in small arches that are only called hot dog kiosks. Reindeer are not common - but quite possible to buy.
