Great video, thank you… I have been wrestling with a 10 day route for a couple of weeks and it was close to this, but this was so helpful and has given me some good tips. I do have one question, any thoughts on hiring a petrol car or an electric car. There are a lot of electric hire options but I worry about charging (most are about a 250km range which is more limiting than petrol) on this route and which is cheaper to run? Many thanks

I have done this route with an electric car. Currently you will still get discounts toll roads and ferries, so there is some saving here to do. If you only charge at DC fast chargers without any plan, it will cost you the same in energy prices. But some accommodation offer cheaper charging. If you can charge during night, you won't need to drive to any charging station during the day.

Thanks for your recommendations. What is the best route if I want to add in ATLANTIC OCEAN ROAD? Maybe a 12 to 14 days from Oslo

You need to add one extra day. But if you have 12 or 14 days. You can either spend more days at a location, or do more stuff. There are mentions in last chapter. Personally I was quiet disapointed of the Atlantic road.

Planning for a 9 day trip. Should we ignore Bergen completely?

You want to go to Bergen, then you need to cut something. This trip is just a suggestion. The easiest is to cut Runde, and go straight from bergen to Sogndal. Or cut Ålesund to go from Geiranger to Loen, and continue from there.

That's why I use a professional narrator, when I get a sponsor for videos. Check the newest ones, you will see what I mean.
