Jesus Christ is the propitiation for the whole world's sins. They that believeth and are baptized (with the Holy Spirit) shall be saved; but they that believeth not shall be damned. Those led by the Holy Spirit do not abide in wickedness. *God is ONE manifesting himself as THREE;* the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit! Bless him! *For these three are one.* As I am led by the Holy Spirit, nothing I state is a lie, but the truth of God. Anyone who tells you differently is misinformed or a liar. They do not know God, nor led by him. Anyone who *claims* to be a Christian and is against what I am doing, and where I am doing it; the Holy Spirit does not dwell within them, they lack understanding. When you trust in God and cast your cares (worries, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts) upon him, they will be NO MORE! Know that there is power in the name Jesus Christ! His name casts out demons and heals! The world is wicked, evil, and of the devil. I too, was a wicked sinner of the world before I opened my heart to God. I am living proof of God's work and fruitfulness! He is an active God who hears the prayers of his! God's children are set apart (holy) and righteous. The devil is a liar that comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy; that includes your relationship with God! Open your heart to God, repent of your sins (he will forgive you), and let him direct your path. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands and purify your heart, lest you walk with the devil and follow him to hell.

I love this video because a lot of people focus too much on thinking they need to get stronger to get better at climbing, but this showcases that if you're not at a very advanced level of climbing, technique is FAR more important. Sondre is already a great climber, but you can clearly see his limiting factors are certainly not strength-related. If you're in your first few years of climbing, focus on actually learning to climb. You'll get stronger naturally, but more importantly you'll learn the technique, intuition, and muscle memory that it takes to climb hard routes. If your focus is to get better at climbing, then strength training should be more of a supplemental afterthought.

What is an MW strongman (middleweight) ?
@mainr71422 жыл бұрын
@@rampagesmackssons508 based on google searching it looks to be an under 231 pound strongman. But there is a sub-category of under 200 pounds. So it's one of those two, maybe the 200 pound class if the guy is talking about trying to be decent at climbing as well.

Its always very interesting to see people from other sports coping with bouldering/climbing. What I haven‘t found so far is a collaboration with a professional (ballet) Dancer, I imagine it pretty cool =D (also because those two sports seem pretty far apart from each other at first glance). Keep up the cool and accessible work!

Not sure if you already saw this by now, but I gotta say I really liked watching the "pole dancers try to keep up with climbers" video (on another channel)

2 beasts! Would be cool if you and Sondre could create a beginner calisthenics routine to complement climbing in order to get stronger/avoid injuries.

For someone like me who has weak grip strength and no real climbing experience, it is insane to see the amount of maneuvers Magnus and other pro climbers can do.

Magnus, not only your climbing skills are amazing but your coaching skills are on a another level. You certainly know how to make someone comfortable and they way you compliment & praise them to make them special. I’m going to steal your idea & method to use it at work & at home. Thank you Bro !

Climbing is really so different in terms of strength. It’s really all in the ability to grip, lock position, core, finger, and other things. Bodybuilding or calisthenics really doesn’t make you good or better at climbing, it helps a little in terms of people who don’t do anything but not as much as people I think assume it would help.

the dude literally climbed a 7a on his first day. I takes people years of climbing to reach that level. how is that a "little help"?

@Mircea L Considering it was NOT his first day climbing and he was already was doing 7A's when he met Magnus, I think that's a bit of a distortion, don't you? He says so 1m40 in, it's not exactly buried somewhere

Magnus always just casually puts all his guests in their place. "While you're resting, I'll just take a shot at the hardest boulder in the gym." Also breezes through a move while saying, "that move was pretty hard." Such a low-key showoff lol. Love it.

Putting guests in their place? Lol most of his guests aren’t climbers. Put Magnus on a Wrestling Mat or in a Strongman competition and he would look absolutely silly and people would really “put him in his place.” Your comment is ret@rded.

I love your videos! One small disagreement with form on handstands, good form helps with balance. That's why gymnasts are taught form first, if you lock your body on form, it takes out all the "variables" like Sondre was talking about. You'll be able to hold longer because it is an easier position to hold. Good technique > strength always.

I love the culture. These men are doing some of the most incredible feats of strength and they're all "Yeah you know, it's pretty decent yeah". Humility is a bigger flex than braggadocio. Awesome social norms we can use here in the states. Great job.

I’m not sure people who don’t climb/boulder understand how difficult these are. Imagine hanging from a ledge that is tilted 45 degrees downwards while locking in a pull up. They have to do harder stuff + the finger strength is incredible
