Since the description has a placeholder/unknown for the flight number, the flight number used on your OSL-OAK flight was DY7063 (and 7064 for the return). They continued using the flight number after changing the route from OSL-OAK to OSL-SFO for summer 2020, but because of covid-19 and its associated restrictions the OSL-SFO flights never started.

Actually, the screaming was only going on for the last 30 min or something, so it didn't bother me too much xD

Why does Norwegian list it as Oakland/SF? Is it an Oakland flight and they say SF because it's a more recognized city?

Yes, so more people will buy the ticket, and more people will know it’s only an hour away. Thats what they did with Stewart/New York as well

Yes, SF is the more recognized city. But Oakland airport is actually closer to downtown SF than San Francisco's airport!
