4:20 Regarding your question of Hammerfell and its proximity to Lillehammer, you aren't entirely in the wrong. While here in the north of Scandinavia / Skyrim which many of the newer generations call our land, we have given Hammerfell a new local dialect name of Hammerfest (many make the mistake of directly translating to Cyrodilic resulting in them getting "Hammerparty" which is not correct).

The brand name is TINE, pronounced "T-né" (as in the letter T + né). Every Norwegian has grown up on this stuff. I've practically eaten it every day of my life. If you eat it on bread with butter, I highly recommend to add some jam on top. Pairs particularly well with black coffee too. You can use any bread, but personally I find dark, sourdough rye to be the best - if you can find it. Brown cheese is loaded with sugar, but also with iron, protein and fat (good milk fat, in my opinion). You can also add brown cheese to brown sauces - it gives a special tang.

In Norway we like to cut brun ost with kind of a carrot peeler. Little bit bigger than a normal vegetable peeler but it’s the same purpose. Than you have to try it on freshly baked waffles with butter and/or bringebær (for me it’s definitely the “and”) jam. It’s really good
@Herr_Gamer3 жыл бұрын
