Does this mean their Hawaiian cruise no longer requires vaccination?? Me and my mom have a cruise scheduled there for August 2023 (we're both vaccinated already). My younger brother isn't vaccinated though. He said he might come if they drop the vaccination requirements. So far can't find a list of places for Norwegian that still do or don't need vaccinations to be extra sure 🤷.

@@TheMeloettaful Yw😊 If you are visiting other islands like Tahiti out of US territory on your cruise you will be required to vaccinate. However if your just going to the Hawaiian islands no vac or testing. 😊

@@TheMeloettaful be careful... That's what my family thought... Hawaii has its own rules. You need to check the state of Hawaii website for up-to-date rules. I dropped off my parents for a Hawaii vacation, and they were back in less than 24 hours. They needed to get a negative COVID test by a Hawaii-approved testing center. The Hilton Hotel put them in a quarantine room (the balcony was looking directly at the wall of another building - when they actually booked a top-floor suite with an ocean room). They were escorted by security and couldn't leave their room or else they would incur a steep fine. They asked if they could take a test in Hawaii, and that was a big NO. Needless to say, they booked the next flight home. The only other alternative was to stay in that crappy day for a week. SMH... do your research and don't lose out like we did. Also, be careful... My mother sister and I went on a Norwegian cruise up the eastern US coast last week, when everyone was supposed to be vaccinated. As of today, we're all COVID positive. My mother and I flew in from the same location to JFK, and my sister flew in from another location to NJ. The only place we were together was on the ship. While there is a slim possibility, that I just can't rule out, that we gave each other covid we picked up during the plane ride/airport, I think it's most likely that we were infected on the ship itself. We were all tested at Government approved facilities one day prior to travel, and all tested negative.
