lapskausis a dish brought to the port of Liverpool England by Norwegian sailors it was so popular here that we adopted it as our own regional dish called Scouse so much so that we are now known nationwide as skausers or as is spelled her scousers

Lapskaus is the Norwegian pizza. Use what you want of leftovers. Like the pizza, the sauce is the Alfa-omegas 👍
