I suspect the word is "Trønder", meaning a person from the Trøndelag region in Norway. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tr%C3%B8ndelag Judging from the dialects spoken in this documentary, there's a disproportionately high percentage of them in this detachment. That includes the pilot Rolf and the medic who described his encounter with the wounded Trønder. This also explains the moustache patch discussed, as Trønders are typically associated with large moustaches. The biggest city in the region, Trondheim, is frequently referred to as "Bartebyen" (Moustache City).
