Today we will cook a burger with Norwegian salmon. We will cook using the Mechta ™ grill pan, which can be purchased at posuda-mechta.com/
Preheat the grill pan. Finely chop the salmon fillet, mix with finely chopped green onions, salt and pepper. Form into flat patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Then, fold a piece of baking paper in four and brush with butter. Put the formed cutlets on each sheet, and again cover the oiled sheet of parchment paper on top. Next, we begin to grill the patties for 2 minutes on each side. The buns should also be lightly dried in a grill pan. Transfer the finished buns and cutlets to a dish. Next, we begin to collect the burger. Brush the buns with creamy dressing, then lay out the salad, add the sliced tomato, top with salmon patties and thinly sliced cucumber, top with the top of the bun with greased sauce. The dish is ready, bon appetit.
Ingredients:
200 gr. fillet of Norwegian salmon,
1 tbsp green onions,
salt and pepper to taste
butter.
Serve with lettuce leaves,
tomatoes,
cucumber.
Wheat buns.
Sauce:
Yogurt,
garlic,
Chile,
lemon juice,
finely chopped sweet onions.
