Absolutely awesome simulator! I can't even imagine how much this cost. It's every simmers dream to have one of these. I flew Air Canada's Boeing 767-300ER Simulator worth 20 Million dollars last month and it was the most realistic and intense thing I have ever done on a Sim. The Instructor really put me through the test. Although I came out of it sweating, I can proudly say I never crashed. I did the ILS on 6R at Toronto Pearson- No autopilot and in foggy conditions. Thanks for sharing your vids! They are awesome!

100k (not sure if euros or what currency tho). 737 and 320 are commercially available as seen here
@ProTuner067 жыл бұрын
Not that much at all. The simulator you used is made with genuine parts. These home sims are made with replica parts. I'm in the process of building my 737 simulator and it's gonna be roughly $10k in the end. Of course, it's cheaper here in the US. One guy I know of in the UK built his for $8K over the course of 3 years. It's not anywhere near as expensive as people think if you know how to find things cheaper and you custom make as much as you can yourself. Not too mention it's much cheaper now since Norwegian737Project built his because a LOT more people are building this very project now including myself. There's other people on here that built one on a budget and they aren't much different than what's in this very video to be honest.

Just want to say thanks so much for the 62 videos on building the project. I think you guys rock!!! I have been in Virtual Aviation since the late 70s early 80s starting with a ZX Spectrum 40k pc and had a flightsim there .. still struggling on with a "generic" cockpit on my desk using AMD Eyefinity .... would love to build something but the currency difference in South Africa makes a project like this horrific ... your 737 NGX simulator is beautiful .. look forward to your future videos ... admire the dedication and passion ...

Nice Sim ! Nice approach. If i had one thing to say, on Vor/Dme approach, you have some altitudes checks to do, as depicted on the chart, and on a Dme Arc, you have to put 90° angle to your next radial. But hey, overall i want to say i enjoyed watching this video ! happy landings and take care !!

Hi I knew your project just two weeks ago and has been turned (without you knowing) your fan! I'm basically a technical man and understands the scope of the mechanical construction as well as I deal with Flight Simulator for the past 5 years. So my admiration double! You have been receiving compliments from all over the world on your incredible project! Really not easy for me to find another unspoken compliment or people thought it .. I say only one thing: Throughout the network, including KZbin home simulators builders have all kinds of ideas or financial investment .. After I've kept up all 62 videos in your building all the building seem childish and funny compared to your great work !! And of course I do not mean to offend anybody just I'm sure they also think like me if there are real!

I'm really into simulation. I have a Cessna pro flight yoke with a throttle quadrent and running x plane 10. I want to be a commercial pilot and fly 737 when I grow up. and a simulator like this is definatley something on my bucket list. How much did all this cost if you don't mind me asking and could I get links to the online websites to get all this? or are there links on your videos when you were making it.

First of all nice video dude all you need now is some ATC to really up the work load =) and second can you please tell me how many frames per second you get on the wrap around screen on 3 projectors.. its hard to tell how much stutters, if any, you get because of the camera and streaming video.. im just curious to know your FPS on that resolution as it looks a little jumpy like somewhere around 20FPS...how many FPS do you get in heavy cloud? a stable smooth 30FPS with all them scenery add ons in heavy weather would be dreamy =) and i have to say i love the way we can see the screen through the eyebrows.. nice!!.. i will be starting my own project next year so thanks in advance for all the videos.. lots of knowledge gained =)

Don't you have a friend to act as P2? Also try Rwy08 circle to land at Innsbruck. If you do, the approach is not that difficult if your heights and speeds are correct. What is difficult though is the missed approach. Full throttle left climbing turn back to Absam within a radius of 1,700 metres!
