Surviving my first full arctic winter of extreme Van Life in blizzards, snow storms, Camping in Freezing Temperatures, avalanches & Arctic Surf. Frozen Worlds & Nat Geo Travel style beauty on our planet. I try to get to the end of the world in this episode, a lot of long relaxing driving and drone shots form the beautiful frozen worlds. My van is a Fiat Ducato, FWD with Nokian Hakkapaliitta Winter Tires. This is the same as a Ram Promaster in the USA and Canada but with a diesel engine, like the one Ryan Twomey uses but diesel and manual transmission, not an Earthroamer by far lol.

I am like a child dreaming of snow and here it is. 🥰🤗❤ I saw it three times and always cannot finish watching the entire video. The music is soothing. One thing you must do is put on SPF sun blocker. If not, your sun-burned face will begin to peel. Be cautious. ❤❤❤🤗🛐

By the way, when you're driving down a long road, are you speeding (40mph) ??? Or do you speed the footage ??? 😂 At timestamp 46:50 (I think), a speeding car overtook you. Was that an emergency vehicle ? And the road to the end ... A song by Jobim (Estrada do Sol), my favorite, that road reminds me of that instrumental song. It would've been perfect background music drop in your video at the timestamp point 1:21:00. That sunset 🌇 was spectacular !!! It looks like I can nearly touch it. What brand name sunblocking goggles do you wear ? 😂 Sorry for all the inquiries. I am new to all of this. And I am beginning to see the light. LOL 😂 Puns intended. And your van ... Not eskimos here, Sami people. I generally do not speed up the footage, on good winter roads I will be driving 50mph maybe. I do speed up the drone footage though, since I drive so slowly when the drone is flying.

How…….WHERE do I begin ??? Best “warning” EVER. My tray table was put back n my seat pulled up n seat belted n with my shades. I do try to not sound like a broken record but I can’t help but use the same adjectives over n over. I mean this was SEVERELY incredible !!!! I find I “sigh” A LOT during ur videos. I feel SUCH amazement n G-Ds artistic Hand to create such diversity with lands n ppl. I can’t even comprehend to go out so far. N bless that drone too. It REALLY gives another perspective on these places. I can tell u really love it too. But u give us this Jarl. U allow us to go where we cannot. Thank u will never say enough. N bless the Grey Warrior which I pray over too asking G-D to hold up n such places n keep u warm n protected. Wauw what a view, i forgot a little, ike i said before me and my dad did this trip in 2000, it was april 13th and the last 13 km were closed because of heavy snow, we rented a snowscooter to go to the cape. Glad you enjoyed it! North Cape is actually a bit further north, more like Utqiagvik, but the camp where I saw the northern lights where the same latitude as Prudhoe Bay:-)

Hope you're doing well today. The weather is overcast and 40° as a high. I've got stew in the oven. Pork ribs, red potatoes, cabbage, lots of butter, salt, pepper, garlic. It's been slow roasting for about 12 hours so the rib meat is falling off the bone. I added the cabbage and potatoes about six hours into the process. I've got enough to feed an army, and it's just me and my cats. I always do that

I went last year fantastic scenery, Interesting museum with the history of North Cap. Not many places to park up on the route , most blocked by snow pushed up by the snow ploughs

I have a question, how to you plan for these long trips through a lot of obscurity, for gas and food supplies, and propane? Please be safe out there

Thank you! I spend quite some time putting together maps of ideas of where I want to go, but I am also winging it from time to time. I do follow the weather forecast quite a lot, even though I seem to end up in a lot of bad weather
