👍❤ Rachel .

Norwegian Explorer: I am binge watching all your videos, just playing them one after another. I am resting in bed as I watch these. I am better from the listeria poisoning. Funny thing happened, I got so relaxed, my left leg was on the edge of the bed, and actually fell out of bed. Yes, my left leg fell out of bed and my left ankle wacked into my wooden tray table! Boy that woke me up! In the process twisted my knee--oh ouch. But I am so relaxed, I hardly notice the pain, even though my ankle swelled up. NOW that is relaxed! HAH. HAH. All in all, I am so enjoying these videos! I love the oceans and the mountains. I love storms too! Listening to the stormy ocean and wind just is a thrill for me. Watching the video where you went to the Northern most spot on the European continent was awesome!! I will never get to travel to these beautiful places. Seeing them on your videos, is like being there. I turn out my lights, sip on a cup of my favorite tea, I have many that I like--and just cozy up in my blankets and watch to my hearts content. I am joyful! I am content. OH HOW THANKFUL I am to God, that I found your channel and your videos!! Thank you so much. My deepest heartfelt thanks to you for all the fantastic footage. When you describe these places it is like being on a personal tour. Just bless you!! God bless you for your talents and open heart to share and do what you do. If I happen to fall alseep watching, I always run them back to see it all again, and love it. Plus I saved some of them in my archives to watch again and again! I already have some faves of your videos! Blessings MIchelle Reed Gresham Oregon USA PS: you continue in my prayers!

The first part of this video had some stunning road travel images and after you entered Sweden the fall colors began to really pop out. The village of Dikanes was nice to see. The iconic bridge on the Atlantic Coast Road is just beautiful, whoever designed it had a whimsical sense of composition, more like a car rendering. After the storms started it looked like you had a pretty sheltered area with the rock outcroppings in the bay. The ocean was definitely churning. At the end of the video the hurricane "storm pia" really showed the oceans fury. The jetties getting pounded also provided good shelter for the boats docked there. All in all a good overview of the transition from late summer into fall/winter. Thanks Jarl. 🍁🌬 🌊 🇸🇪 🇳🇴 👍

I'm #260 to "Like" Yikkess, an almost 4 hour video 11:00; to be continued. I never tire of Lofoten footage. Roads seem narrow compared to those here in U.S.A., however, I like that there is virtually NO litter on either side of the roads. 1 hour - to be continued tomorrow, 25 August 2024. 1927/26 Aug; I'm baaaack, finally! Did you buy a new iPhone? Being comfy/cozy in a van is a lot different from being comfy/cozy inside a tent during a fierce storm. Am enjoying some hot buttered Orville Redenbacher popcorn while watching this video. I've NOT ever seen you snacking on popcorn. 1:50:24; Thank you, Jarl, for capturing the increasing intensity of this storm. 2:23:50; Mother nature provided you with a nice day for your hike. 2:30:30; beautiful views, am wondering what the elevation is? 2:31:10; "That's all for this hike, hope you enjoyed it" I've been riveted to my computer monitor, never blinking. 2:32:07; I'm outta here for now, I'll watch the last of your video tomorrow. 27 August, I'm baaaack Settled back & am snacking on Orville Redenbacker's hot buttered popcorn as I watch the rest of this video. 2:46.30; loved the "Today" vs "Tomorrow" comparison. This video was entirely different from your other videos, thoroughly entertaining. Warm Regards from far away Reno, Nevada, U.S.A.

Oh my gosh, I loved the sounds of roaring waves and winds. The beauty of those waves were majestic. And you standing facing it from a hill was absolutely stunning. I always wondered how the yacht owners who lives at the circle of oceans how they protect their parked marine vehicles and keep them safe from those verocious tall waves (timestamp 3:38 and on). ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Those stones or boulders must all weigh a ton or two. This is so far my favorite from you. You are covered as in winter. Yes, the storm brings in cold and wetness. Fearful sound of howling wind and a dechained ocean, the sea is often cruel. Enormous huge waves, what has become of the little boats ? Luckily you made a wonderful hiking, in sunny weather, with marvellous view points from the overhanging look-outs. A good exercise for the legs and the whole physical condition. Rain drops on the windows give an awesome picture. I wish I had your orange foot-slippers, warm and light, to warm my cold feet in winter.... This was a video full of life and movement... I enjoyed it ! It was a long one this time, but definitely worth it! In any case, next year we also want to do the hike to Romsdalen. And drive a lot of gravel roads. But not in high season, way too busy. You've been through so many storms! North Sea is wild. Fall is very beautiful in Norway & Sweden! I like the colours. Stay safe, greetings Marinka
@NorwegianXplorer5 ай бұрын
Thank Marinka, yes the colours are wonderful, I would actually not recommend the hike to Rampestreken, it is boring and doesnt feel like nature, and the views are not close to anything you can see further north in Senja or the Lofoten area. I would only give it 2 out of 5 stars, the Segla mountain in Senja was the best hike this summer and a clear 5 out of 5

Thank you Jarl for your honesty. Very much appreciated. You know by now that we avoid busy places and nature staged by people. So without any hesitation we dare to say that we will avoid this place! Sufrimos con los huracanes de nieve. Sentíamos se llevaba la Van! De una vida tan activa cómo pasaste a carreteras, paisajes, cámaras, inviernos, veranos y burritos! Saludos!

Nice drive. I really like that fishing village. Listening to the seagulls squawk. Lots of nice coastal roads. Dramatic cloudy skies, mountain and sea landscapes. You have really hit the road over the past year!

0 h 32 until 1 h 30. I must say Lofoten-Isles can be charming too, wenn all is gray. And I heard a new music of yours with a lot of darkness in it - and then came the bells, I love that. And say Lofoten is so green in summer... Beautiful scenery at your stop along the Atl.Road. Yes, howling wind and storm outside, it's nice listening to, when you are safe inside, enjoying warmth and cosyness... Videos with aromas should be invented, only with the good smells, as your bacon.... (to be followed, hahaha 😂☕🍰🍺)

Haha, yes, I imagine you can smell the bacon only by looking at it!

Are you happy with the starlink? How much power does it drain while using?
