Great video. What is the best way to clean the washer and dryer from the residue from previously using other detergents and dryer sheets (dryer coated with the film of the dryer sheet). I do not want to ruin the cloths when I wash and dry them for the first time. Suggestions? Thank you.

I would say to just run a couple of initial loads with just the Norwex detergent & other clothes before laundering your Norwex cloths. And, when you just use the Norwex detergent moving forward, you'll find that you don't get that build-up! Hope this helps!

As far as your dryer goes, you can use Cleaning Paste and an EnviroCloth or a Micro Cleaning Hand Pad to get the dryer sheet residue off your drum and keep it from continuing to get on your microfibre and clothing. :)

Question about hard water buildup (white colored) in the bathtub. I used the descaler for my faucet and controls, but it doesn't seem to take out the hard lime in the tub itself. What do you recommend?

I have hard water stains as well. I mixed our laundry detergent with some water in a spray bottle and sprayed it on scrubbed it a little bit with a brush Then wiped it with the enviro cloth. It worked for me! We can also Do the same thing with your grout on your tile.

I just use whatever stock I might have on hand that I got free or on sale. I think you can use anything you want. the laundry soap that comes in the sample size is always a hit a very reasonable

You can utilize items that you have on hand or you can put some sample-sized EnviroCloths/ Window Cloths, etc. Put something that you're excited to give to them!
