Hi Nosa. I’ve been taking okra water for about a week through your influence 😂.One major thing it did for me was reduce my sugar cravings, now I do not know if i have high blood sugar. It also gave me a boost of energy especially in the mornings.Reduced my visit to the bathroom at night too. These are the things I noticed.
